Hercules Web Services (“we”, “us”) operates https://herc.dev and related professional services. This policy describes how we handle information.
This website
This site is a static brochure. We do not run analytics pixels, do not set advertising cookies, and do not collect personal information through forms on these pages. If you email todd@herc.dev, we use that correspondence to respond to you.
Hosting and DNS providers may process standard technical logs (IP address, user agent, request path) as part of serving the site.
Client work
When we build or operate software for a client, we process only the data needed to deliver that work, under the client’s instructions and applicable agreements. We do not sell personal data.
LinkedIn and other third-party APIs
Some engagements use advertiser or SaaS APIs (including LinkedIn Advertising) to pull reporting and campaign data that the client already owns into their warehouse or analytics systems. In those cases:
- Access is limited to the scopes the client authorizes (for LinkedIn Ads, typically read-only advertising and reporting data).
- We do not use those APIs to scrape member profiles, build CRM prospect lists, or enrich people data.
- Tokens and credentials are stored in the client’s vault or integration platform, not on this website.
